Welcome to NbliQCloud. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including the ability to rent GPU servers, rent cloud GPUs, and host proprietary AI models powered by NVIDIA AI GPU infrastructure.

    • GPU-as-a-Service: Rent dedicated GPU servers for AI training and inference.
    • Cloud GPU Hosting: Rent cloud GPUs with flexible, scalable access.
    • Proprietary AI Hosting: Host NeuraNext proprietary AI models in a secure, isolated environment.
    • Custom GPU Configurations: Multi-GPU and enterprise-ready deployments available.
  3. User Eligibility
    4. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Use of our services on behalf of a business or organization implies you are authorized to do so.
  4. Account Registration

    • Use NbliQCloud for unlawful or malicious purposes.

    7. All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed. Pricing may vary based on server configuration, GPU type (e.g., NVIDIA GPU for AI), and usage terms. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges as described during checkout or invoicing.

  7. Service Availability and Uptime

    8. While NbliQCloud aims to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and network interruptions may occasionally occur.

  8. Intellectual Property

    9. All content, branding, and proprietary AI models provided by NbliQCloud or NeuraNext remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not reuse or distribute any part without written consent.

  9. Data Privacy and Security

    10. We ensure industry-standard encryption and security measures for your data and hosted models. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and confidentiality.

  10. Termination

    11. NbliQCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse of resources, or non-payment.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    12. NbliQCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
