At NbliQCloud, we strive to provide high-performance and reliable GPU server rental and cloud-based AI computing services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the nature of on-demand, resource-based services.

1. Services Covered
This refund policy applies to the following services:
• GPU server rentals (physical and cloud)
• NVIDIA AI GPU compute time
• GPU-as-a-Service APIs and hosted inference endpoints
• Whitelabelled NeuraNext AI model hosting
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
• Service Not Delivered: If you were charged but the GPU server or API access was not provisioned within the committed time.
• Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly billed multiple times for the same service.
• Incorrect Plan Charged: If you were charged for a different plan than the one you selected.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for:
• Partially used GPU time or hourly-billed services
• Custom or dedicated infrastructure deployments
• Downtime caused by user-side misconfigurations or misuse
• Trial or promotional credits
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction, with the following details:
• Your full name or company name
• Registered email address
• Invoice or payment ID
• Reason for refund request
• Any relevant logs or screenshots

Our billing team will respond within 3 business days and issue approved refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
