Request Data Deletion

At NbliQCloud, we respect your right to privacy and provide you full control over your personal data. If you’ve used our services—such as to rent a GPU server, access cloud GPU infrastructure, or deploy models using NVIDIA AI GPUs—you may request permanent deletion of your data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, please complete the following:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:


"Data Deletion Request – [Your Name or Company]"

Please include:

• Your full name or company name
• Registered email address
• Account ID (if available)
• Reason for the request (optional)

And we’ll process your request within 7–10 business days.

What Happens After Deletion?

• All personal information, login credentials, billing data, and activity logs related to your use of NbliQCloud will be permanently erased.
• This includes any data related to services like cloud GPU rentals, hosted AI models, or GPU server access.
• Data required for legal or financial compliance may be retained securely, as allowed by law.

Important Notes

• Deleting your data is permanent and irreversible.
• You will lose access to all NbliQCloud services, including GPU-as-a-Service APIs and any active deployments.
• We may request identity verification to ensure the authenticity of your request.
